Ian J. Bryant received both his degree and diploma from Leeds Metropolitan University and subsequently progressed his career to management level at Chetwoods prior to co-founding QAD.

James Wilkinsons spearheads the technical department of the practice. He has developed a wealth of technical expertise since completing his degree at Leeds Metropolitan University in 1998.
Responsible for the co-ordination of the office Continuing Professional Development James is at the forefront of legislative change within the construction industry and technological advancement. This has assisted greatly in the practice's client service, enhancing their product in both quality and cost effectiveness. Paul A. Wainwright has extensive experience in commercial architecture having worked in large scale commercial practice since his architectural registration in 1993.
He co-founded QAD after leaving Chetwoods where he had led many high profile projects, he was also responsible for resource planning and Quality Assurance, these skills have contributed significantly in the progression of QAD who are now BSI ISO 9001 accredited. With experience in the health, education, and commercial sectors Paul has a wealth of knowledge in assisting the practice's further advancement in these areas. Nicky Voase received her degree and Masters of Architecture from the University of Bath and continued her studies at the University of Sheffield to gain her Part III in 2006 and become a fully qualified Architect.
Particular experience has been gained in public and private sector railway projects, conversion and conservation of Listed Buildings and residential work. Aisling Duffy joined QAD in August 2010 after receiving her degree in Architectural Technology from Nottingham Trent University. Particular experience has been gained in health and residential sectors since joining QAD. Aisling is increasing her knowledge of construction details, the design process and business proceedings. Chee H. Chang studied architecture at both Huddersfield and Nottingham University, graduating from the former with first class honours.
Prior to co-founding QAD he had much success in design led competitions including winning the Orange Millennium Landmark Initiative, and being short listed for a number of other competitions. Extensive knowledge of 3D modelling and packages have enabled Chee to lead this aspect of QAD work allowing clear articulation of the practice's ideas with exceptional clarity and elegance.
