Aire Court, Leeds
With planning approved in September 2010 and work completed in May 2011, Aire Court is an existing in-patient and day hospital with ancillary administration facilities. Working closely with Community Ventures and Leeds Partnership Foundation Trust a scheme to refurbish and extend the existing building has been developed by QAD. The improved facility will provide a new entrance area to the building linking the existing wings and creating a welcoming focal point.
Internal refurbishment to the existing building will be undertaken for the removal of all in patient services to facilitate the relocation of three other community services operating within South Leeds to be housed within the building alongside Older Peoples Services. Due to the number of new services operating from Aire Court extensive liaison with all parties has been essential to provide the correct level of accommodation.
