On behalf of Bellway Homes, QAD submitted a reserved matters application in July 2011 for the proposed development of land off Bagley Lane, Farsley. The site is located 6Km north west of Leeds city centre on the edge of the village of Bagley and has been identified as Phase 3 Housing Allocation on under Policy H3-3A.23 in the Leeds Unitary Development Plan adopted 2006.
The site has an outline planning permission under application reference 09/01601/OT for a housing development not exceeding 49 dwellings. We are seeking approval for the reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) and discharge of the associated planning conditions.
