Completed in Summer 2010, QAD were commissioned to carry out design services for One Medical to provide proposals for the refurbishment of their existing office accommodation in Leeds. Due to significant growth of the company additional accommodation was required to provide offices and separate meeting room.
One Medical’s offices are located in converted buildings at Bank Top Farm. The scheme looked to convert a vacant ground floor section of the existing office accommodation to provide a new public reception area and meeting room to the ground floor and 3no. office spaces to the first floor.
