Rockingham House Darzi Centre, Sheffield
Working alongside healthcare developer One Medical a successful bid was accepted and subsequently developed to provide a new GP led Health Centre for Sheffield city centre. The new facility was officially opened on 4th June 2009 by David Nicholson, Chief Executive of the NHS and provides services for registered and walk-in patients with potential expansion spaces for dentistry and a pharmacy.
The new centre was completed within a tight timescale commencing on site in January 2009 with a completion date of 1st April 2009. QAD was the lead design consultant on the project form inception to completion and prepared design, planning and construction drawings for the internal refurbishment of two floors within Rockingham House.
