To facilitate the relocation of the existing medical centre on Waltham Road to the proposed Primary Care Centre a new community centre facility is required within the local area to retain valuable community resources. The existing medical centre site is to be developed to provide a purpose built community centre comprising of a large multi-purpose hall, meeting rooms and associated accommodation. The site is within the local centre of Scartho and the conservation area.
