It is especially important for non construction professionals or those who have no prior knowledge of the procurement and construction processes.
Different forms of clear communication are used on projects such as adjacency diagrams and user specific circulation routes demonstrating exactly how the room relationships could function operationally and socially as a pleasant working environment. Such devices then serve as a tool for COMMUNICATING and discussion to interrogate both QAD’s understanding of the brief as well as the CLIENT. Ultimately this can then lead towards photo realistic images that are used to effect a meaningful dialogue.
