This internal fi t out project at the BUPA Cromwell Hospital in London, was a challenging project carried out within the confines of a character period former mews building.
The adaptation to create spaces fit for the delivery of 21st century healthcare and to accord with current strict health mandatory requirements required adept technical interpretation and ingenuity regarding the delivery of fit for purpose spaces.
Using BIM software Revit the construction pack was actualised in 3D to provide all of the required drawings to aid and assist the build. Room data sheets were also provided with 3D axonometric visualisations to assist with brief development with the end users and help with discussions between the contractor and the hospital to provide visual reference during the build.
The timely and accurate delivery of architectural information meant that the contractor was able to respond to change yet still deliver the project on time and on budget.
